Assessment Feedback and Digital Technologies (Post Primary)
This short course aims to help teachers use digital technologies to support the provision of assessment feedback to students. Drawing on the NCCA guidelines and effective practice in assessment feedback, the course describes a number of tools and methods which can be used in this context to support learning in any subject area. It includes examples of digital tools and demonstrates how they work. It also covers different ways of providing feedback to students, such as annotating images, text-based feedback (including voice to text) and audio feedback. This course is applicable to all learning scenarios and is particularly useful for remote teaching/blended learning.
Study time/duration: 1 hour
